Exercise of the Day: What exactly is life about?
Today’s exercise is for reflection and a help to set out future course.
Regularly, a question arises: „What is life really about? What is really important in life?“ For a few minutes, let’s immerse into our inner knowing and listen to its voice. Strip off all those conscious or unconscious cravings for fitting in, love, security, recognition and attention. Let us concentrate solely on what we carry in ourselves and what is asking to surface… What is it? What is our life about?
And when we get an answer, let us go a step further: Are we really willing to let go of the old and only act in accordance with what has surfaced as important?
